Wi\u0119kszo\u015b\u0107 naszych projekt\u00f3w sami nadzorowali\u015bmy. Wyr\u00f3\u017cnia nas wielobran\u017cowo\u015b\u0107 bez\u00a0udzia\u0142u podwykonawc\u00f3w to\u00a0znaczy wszystkie opracowania wykonujemy we\u00a0w\u0142asnym zakresie. Aktualnie zatrudniamy osiemna\u015bcie<\/span> os\u00f3b. Zarz\u0105d to dwie osoby. Dwana\u015bcie os\u00f3b to projektanci, w\u015br\u00f3d nich jedena\u015bcie os\u00f3b posiada uprawnienia budowlane. Jest rzeczoznawca budowlany i rzeczoznawca do spraw bezpiecze\u0144stwa i higieny pracy. Jedna osoba zajmuje si\u0119 prowadzeniem spraw formalnych np. uzyskiwaniem pozwole\u0144 na budow\u0119. BUDOPROJEKT is a\u00a0multi-disciplinary design office established in\u00a01981. From the beginning the headquarters has been in\u00a0Katowice. We\u00a0have experience in\u00a0designing public utilities (office buildings, airport terminals, and others) and industrial facilities (production and warehouse ones). We\u00a0supervised most of our designs ourselves. We\u00a0are distinguished by\u00a0a\u00a0multi-disciplinary nature without participation of subcontractors, this means that we\u00a0prepare all studies on\u00a0our own. Currently we\u00a0employ eighteen<\/span> persons. The management is two persons. Twelve persons are designers, among them eleven have civil engineering licenses. There is a civil engineering expert and experts for occupational health and safety. One person handle formal matters such as obtaining building permits. The other persons handle administrative work, accounting and human resources.<\/em><\/p>\n

W ramach pracy naszego zespo\u0142u opracowujemy projekty w bran\u017cach: architektonicznej, konstrukcyjno-budowlanej, drogowej, elektrycznej, niskopr\u0105dowej, oraz sanitarnej. Zakres opracowa\u0144 obejmuje: koncepcje, projekty budowlane oraz projekty wykonawcze. Dodatkowo zesp\u00f3\u0142 konstrukcyjny przygotowuje projekty warsztatowe konstrukcji stalowych. Within work of our office we\u00a0prepare designs in\u00a0the following disciplines: architecture, building and engineering, roads, electrical, low voltage and sanitary. Scope of studies includes: concept, building and detailed designs. Additionally the structural team prepares workshop designs of steel structure. As\u00a0the investor supervision inspectors we\u00a0supervise most of our designs \u2013 supervision is exercised by\u00a0the designers additionally holding executive licences.<\/em><\/p>\n

Budynek, w\u00a0kt\u00f3rym\u00a0mamy siedzib\u0119, wybudowano na\u00a0pocz\u0105tku XX wieku. We\u00a0wrze\u015bniu 2020 roku, tu\u017c po\u00a0jego zakupie, rozpocz\u0119li\u015bmy remont budynku. Zachowali\u015bmy jego form\u0119 architektoniczn\u0105, staraj\u0105c si\u0119 podkre\u015bli\u0107 akcenty typowe dla starego budownictwa. Nietynkowane \u015bciany ceglane, witra\u017c na\u00a0klatce schodowej, ods\u0142oni\u0119te sklepienia \u0142ukowe w\u00a0piwnicy to\u00a0elementy oddaj\u0105ce klimat budynku. Jednocze\u015bnie wprowadzili\u015bmy do\u00a0budynku elementy nowe i\u00a0nowoczesne, ca\u0142y czas uwa\u017caj\u0105c, aby utrzyma\u0107 stonowany i\u00a0skromny, a\u00a0tym samym ponadczasowy dobry wygl\u0105d obiektu.<\/p>\n

Since August 2022 the headquarters of our office is at\u00a0Kr\u00f3lowej Jadwigi 10 Street, in\u00a0the center of Katowice, near the Voivodeship Office, Cathedral, Katowice Polish Radio. The building of our headquarters, was built in\u00a0the early XX century. In\u00a0September 2020, shortly after we\u00a0purchased it, we\u00a0started building renovation. We\u00a0preserved its architectural form, trying to\u00a0emphasize accents typical of old buildings. The unplastered brick walls, the stained glass window in\u00a0the staircase, the exposed arched vaults in\u00a0the basement are elements that reflect the atmosphere of the building. On\u00a0the other hand, however, we\u00a0introduced new and modern elements into the building, all the time being careful to\u00a0keep the building’s subdued and modest, and thus timeless good appearance.<\/p>\n

We\u00a0have a\u00a0pleasure to\u00a0show off the work of Mr. Grzegorz Chudy, who has prepared for us the watercolor reflecting with a\u00a0pinch of salt our building, cramped parking spaces and the tree, which gives us designs instead of leaves. Those black tiny people in\u00a0the windows are Beboks* \u2013 each of them is one of us. In the office we have a figurine of our Bebok-designer.<\/em><\/p>\n

* Bebok \u2013 the name derived from Silesian legends, but in\u00a0the above context means small friendly creatures, which for several years have been the element of Silesia promotion. Various Beboks in\u00a0the form of small bronze figures can be\u00a0found in\u00a0places characteristic of Silesia \u2013 there are, among others: Bebok-builder, Bebok-hockey player, Bebok-gourmet, and also our Bebok-designer. Beboks are present in\u00a0large numbers in\u00a0works of Mr. Grzegorz Chudy.<\/em><\/p>\n

As\u00a0a\u00a0team we\u00a0were honored and pleased to\u00a0co-create the symphonic concert, which took place in\u00a0the concert hall of the Polish National Radio Symphony Orchestra in\u00a0Katowice. Among the persons visible in\u00a0the background, as\u00a0the choir\u2019s members are us. The person who prepared us for the concert was Professor Benedykt Odya of the Music Education Faculty at\u00a0the Kazimierz Wielki University in\u00a0Bydgoszcz. The orchestra was conducted by\u00a0Krzesimir D\u0119bski and on\u00a0stage performed, among others: Anna Jurksztowicz, Czes\u0142aw Mozil, Paulina Przybysz, Daria Zawia\u0142ow, and Studio Accantus. The concert was organised by\u00a0the ISKIERKA Foundation.<\/em><\/p>\n
